I'm the Manager of Tunnel Ridge Ranch, a camp I've spent over 7 years building from a volunteer-run operation into a professionally managed organisation. That growth didn't happen because I worked harder. It happened because I eventually stopped trying to hold everything myself — and started building systems, people, and structure that could hold it instead.
